I love old photos, even if I don’t know the people in the pictures I love all the details of costume and setting, and the expressions on their faces.   1. I use gimp to size, scan, and color my cartoons. I am probably using less than 5% of the things the program does. It has a healing tool where you can mend torn and creased photos and even color them and don’t need a pro to do it for you. It is absolutely magical . Gimp download is free and has” how to” vids. .
